Outdoor Country is an authorized retail and online catalog dealer located in Bishop, TX. We have been in retail business for over 20 years. Our online catalogs allow us to offer every style and size in a manufacturer's current product line. We can have any style/size currently available drop-shipped from a manufacturer directly to the customer.  We only offer first quality products. We do not participate in seconds programs offered by some manufacturers.

We currently do not ship Internationally. Most items ship by either FedEx or UPS Ground at a flat rate of $6.95, but orders to APO/FPO, Alaska, and HI addresses are shipped Priority/Insured by the United States Postal Service at a flat rate of $20.00. Orders that will need to be shipped by the USPS are handled differently and take an additional 10-15 days to ship.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and Amex, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. We process credit card orders immediately and they are normally processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends/holidays. A charge will appear on your statement from "Outdoor Country1 Boots-Bishop, TX". All other orders are processed upon receipt of the payment. Tracking numbers are furnished once they become available.

All communication(s) concerning an order or return will be sent to the email address furnished on your order form. If your ISP blocks POP servers, you may need to add us to your approved list for the duration of the order/ return/exchange process or check your bulk/spam folder to retrieve our response to your email. All email from us will be directly related to your order or return or in response to an inquiry you have made.

Since most orders are drop-shipped, a receipt may not be enclosed with your order. If a receipt is needed email sales@boots99.com and one will be emailed or mailed to you.

Every effort is made to keep our websites current, but inventory availability from a manufacturer can change hourly. If you want to check the availability of a brand/style/size before placing an order, please contact us at outdoor@boots99.com or sales@boots99.com and you will be sent the most current information available.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. There may be times when a brand/style/size becomes unavailable between the time we receive an inquiry or order and it is received by the fulfillment center. If a product cannot be shipped, we will contact you by email.

We normally do not charge until we receive a confirmation that the brand/style/size requested is available for shipment. There are occasions when we receive confirmation the item will ship, but by the time the shipping instructions reach the fulfillment center, the brand/style/size is no longer available. If we have charged you, we will immediately issue a refund and notify you by email. Refunds will appear on your statement from "Outdoor Country1 Boots-Bishop, TX".

Although, we may have your order drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, you are purchasing from Outdoor Country, not the manufacturer.  The only information shared with the manufacturer is the shipping address and the product, style and size they are to ship. All orders, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed by Outdoor Country.

If you need to return an item, please email returns@boots99.com or sales@boots99.com for the correct return shipping address and a return authorization number. Products returned without a RA number, or shipped to the incorrect return facility, results in lengthy delays in processing the return. There are also several more shipping charges involved since the product has to be retrieved from the incorrect facility and be re-directed to the correct location before the exchange can be completed or a refund is issued. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please review our return policy before placing an order.

Our online catalog websites are separate from our retail operation and our store personnel may not have access to information concerning availability of a product not currently in our store stock or orders placed through our websites.  The quickest way to receive information concerning the availability of a brand/style or size or to receive information about your order or return, is to contact us by email at outdoor@boots99.com ,  sales@boots99.com or returns@boots99.com . We answer emails as they are received.

We are a small family owned business and are not available 24/7 by telephone, but can be reached by email anytime.
